there are so many opportunities

this is the photo i have picked for my current 'where is this' intersection.

ive figured im only gunna do these intersections with the delayed-timed shots. i think i only like these kinda shots really.

photos aint that great ive concluded at the end of tonight.

in life

in life there are many things we take for granted.

in life there are infinite things that we can say and do.

in life there are endless opportunities that we can take.

in life there are just as many things to laugh about.

in life there is always the glimmer of hope to cling on to.

in life there is the world for us to explore and see.

in life there is so much more to live for than to worry.

in life there is tommorow to look forward to.



in life, we can make always achieve what we want to achieve.

get a load of this, all of a sudden im some wise deep thinking philosopher poet! actually its just a snap i took and i had to find some nice words. haha wat a cracker.

heres abit of something that fills your daily 'did you know?' type voids.

stuart little. innocent kids movie about a mice who is adopted into a human 'family' and tries to fit into the lives of Mr & Mrs Little as well as George Little(9 y.o.).

innocent? haha i must say, it is far from it. subtle as it seems there are many, many hidden msgs.

and here goes b's did you knows...

- stuart, mr & mrs and george little all wear the colours blue, red and white in some combination or another
- in the boat race, there is a big black ship that beats up all these other ships (and they have flags on them, french, canada, china, etc), however stuart and george's boat, aptly coloured blue/red/white, is a very small boat in comparison to this big black/red boat, somehow BEATS this boat at the end of the race
- everyone seems to be picking on stuart little the whole movie, as he tries hard to fit in, but in the end stuart little truimphs as he wins everyone's hearts. he has the idea and hope that everything will work out, no matter the odds

now to put it into perspective. colours blue/red/white... now what do those colours remind you of? oh? did i hear american flag? yup you got it right this time rach. good work! yes the colours the 'littles' wear are the colours of the american flag.

in the boat race, big red/black boat is the enemies of america. beats up all the other countries in the world, but SOMEHOW america manages to beat this foe. the movie portrays the americans as the underdog who always wins.

lastly, stuart little portrays the american dream. whereby any 'average joe' can make it big, in the big city, with the big house and top job. they portray that anything is possible as long as you believe in it. that is the basic concept of the american dream.

i could go on a little more (as im learning it) as there are tons of these things. but yes it is rather interesting hey? haha well i think so. either way ill post more stuff like this if you guys want. ill be ripping up shrek, harry potter to name just two of the text ill be doing in uni.
