hot fuss

just put the gravel in...he's alot smaller in the pond than i thought. have to think about how to wire it, might use normal 'chicken wire' stuff, but looks kinda stupid... wondering if there are any of those 'invisible'/fishing wire type netting? or even wire that is kinda thin and invis? dunno.. gotta check it out. gotta find a suitable shelter for that one-gravel'ed side too.. probably just a thin board of some sort... and cover that edge. anyway just 2 pics today - not that much progress...

o hi. a new year, a new home. not bad for a turtle. here are initial stages. pond has just gone into the ground, there was a fair bit of digging up and lots of soil all over the place - but thats boring so here are some pics.

gotta clean it up later today, and fill it up with just tap water for tonight to let it sit, then fill the sides/gaps up with soil and such.
